How it works
Add a social media URL or set up a recurring monitor for any TikTok or Instagram account. Truli will automatically pull in new content, extract transcripts, on-screen text, and captions, then run a full compliance analysis against FDA regulations and FTC guidelines. Each post is categorized as Compliant, Needs Review, or Take Down, with specific findings, regulatory references, and suggested rewording for anything flagged.
Product-Aware Claim Validation
Marketing compliance isn't black and white, context matters. That's why Social Monitoring automatically matches each video to your product catalog and uses your verified product data (ingredients, nutrients, and approved claims) to inform the analysis. A claim that might look risky in isolation may be fully substantiated by your product's evidence on file.
How it works
When a post is processed, Truli identifies which of your products is being featured and pulls in the relevant scan data from your existing product scans. If a product can't be detected automatically, you can manually link one directly from the video detail view. The compliance analysis then runs with full product context rather than in a vacuum.

How it works
From the Social Monitoring dashboard, create a monitor by entering an account handle and choosing a check frequency. New posts are imported and scanned automatically. You can pause, resume, or adjust any monitor at any time from the monitor panel, and re-run scans on individual posts if your product data or compliance rules change.
